Okay experience, few hiccups
My recent visit was mostly positive. The Big Plate Special burger was tasty and a good size, and the drinks were served quickly. However, one of the side orders for our table was forgotten and we had to remind the staff, which took a few minutes to sort out. The Wacky Warehouse play area was fun for the kids, but it did seem a bit understaffed on the day we went. Good value for family dinner

Decent meal, good price
First time trying Hungry Horse. I went for the '2 for 10 pounds' deal on a couple of main meals. Saved a good bit of money there. The food was okay for the price, nothing fancy, but it filled us up. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth, which is what I was looking for.
